Campus Emergency Procedures - This is a link to the University Police Department Emergency Procedures Online Manual. This handbook is a brief guide to familiarize university students, faculty and staff with procedures to follow in the event of an emergency. Its content is not all-inclusive but is designed to highlight emergency conditions that may occur.
Here is a sample of a “Building Emergency Posting” form which should be in every classroom, near or on one of the exit doors. This form provides information for emergency assistance, in the event of an emergency requiring evacuation, and evacuation of persons with disabilities. Please review this form in each classroom where you are attending class. If one is not available in the classroom please advise your instructor to follow-up with the department to have one posted immediately.
