Account & Course Requests
All user accounts are automatically generated from the university's email system. To have a faculty, staff or student account on Blackboard, you must have a PeopleSoft ID and Fresno State email account. Once users request a Fresno State email, Blackboard accounts will be created within 2-4 hours. It is recommended that users log in to their Fresno State email account to verify that it was created correctly.
